About this year’s Winthrop Roundtable
Our signature annual gala celebrating the College Libraries’ most generous patrons, the Roundtable brings together 200 guests from across Charleston and the Lowcountry for a cocktail reception, dinner and keynote address by Alexander Heffner, whose perspective and voice are tailor-made for this occasion. Known for his work as host of PBS’s The Open Mind and Bloomberg TV’s Breaking Bread with Alexander, Mr. Heffner has been vital in bridging divides and championing civil discourse.
